- Memoirs of growing up in, moving to, or starting a business in Peachtree City
- Essays involving newsworthy moments, iconic events, or lost places
- Profiles of local personalities and why they matter
- Ghost stories and tall tales
- Nature writing, food, arts, and cultural criticism about the City
- Poetry and microprose welcome
Have a story, but don’t write? Consider recruiting a friend, neighbor, or family member to write it for you! (“As told to...”)
Requirements:
Ages 15 & up only.
Maximum of 2,000 words for prose, 100 lines for poetry. (Microsoft Word, please.)
Reading fee (ticket): $5 donation to Friends of the Peachtree City Library
